R.A.C.K. - Risk Aware Consensual Kink

This principle means that we are fully aware of the physical and psychological risks associated with a bondage session. We act to the best of our knowledge and belief to keep these risks as low as possible.

A prerequisite for a session is your informed willingness to consciously take these risks.

When a session is not possible

  • Minors or pregnancy
  • Under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or strong medication
  • Acute psychological crises, severe nerve injuries, or epilepsy
  • Acute severe stress or pain conditions

Please inform me in advance regarding:

  • Vascular system disorders (diabetes, varicose veins, blood pressure issues)
  • Respiratory diseases (e.g., asthma)
  • Musculoskeletal injuries (intervertebral discs, joints, tendons)
  • Psychological trauma in the context of helplessness or restraint

What can occur after a session

Ropes leave marks. „Normal“ side effects include rope marks, slight redness, or small hematomas, which usually disappear after a few days.

Special Attention: Nerves & Circulation

Nerve pressure damage is the primary risk in bondage. It manifests as tingling or numbness.

Important: Damage does not always announce itself! Numbness can range from short-term irritation to serious neurological impairments (e.g., drop hand/drop foot).

Similarly, circulatory issues, blood congestion, or in rare cases, panic attacks may occur. We minimize these risks through constant observation and suitable materials.

Material & Skin Sensitivities

By default, I use high-quality natural fiber ropes made of hemp or jute. These ropes are very durable but can cause more friction on sensitive skin.

If you have allergies to these fibers or prefer a softer texture, I offer cotton or bamboo ropes as an alternative. Please be sure to let me know in advance.

Our Preparation

  • Briefing: We will discuss limits, taboos, and your health status in detail.
  • Communication: We establish safewords and – especially important with gags or intense states – non-verbal signals.
  • Emergency Equipment: Safety shears are always within reach.
  • Provisioning: Water, something sweet, and your personal medication (e.g., inhaler) are kept in the room.

Important Note on Suspensions

Partial or full suspensions place massive physical strain on the body and carry a significantly higher risk of injury to nerves, joints, and the circulatory system than floor bondage. A session involving suspension requires excellent physical condition, a high level of self-awareness, and absolute transparency regarding physical limits.

Only attend the session if:

  • ✔️ You are completely sober (no alcohol/drugs).
  • ✔️ You feel physically and mentally fit.
  • ✔️ You are ready to accept the aforementioned risks on your own responsibility.
